John came to our house which made life easier and understood our requirements for our wills. He produced them to our satisfaction within a few days of our meeting.
John was our contact to organise our elderly father's will. He initially came to the house to get all the details . Unfortunately dad was admitted to hospital a couple of weeks later . He was very anxious about completing his will . John was really understanding and went over above our expectations by visiting dad in hospital for completion. Having had wills prepared in the past by solicitors we thought we knew what to expect. However, John was thorough in his questions and, with one exception produced, an accurate first draft for both us quickly.He was flexible, adaptable, easy to talk to and work with. After a home visit lasting just over an hour John produced two wills, in Trust, but could easily produce the simpler version if required.Highly recommended to those who need help or prefer to avoid solicitors.
