Greendrift Wills is run by John Franklin, who formerly practised as an accountant before undertaking further studies in order to specialise in succession law and Will drafting. Whatever your family circumstances, John will be able to advise on the options available to you and tailor your Will to accommodate your wishes.
Many clients also make Lasting powers of attorney at the same time as their Will. This means that you have everything you need in place to cover either lifetime incapacity or death, giving you peace of mind that all your personal affairs are in order.

We have low overheads, which we are able to pass on to our clients in affordable, fixed fees. Thus we can charge significantly less than typical firms of local solicitors and, as a small business, we are not obliged to charge VAT.

John was our contact to organise our elderly father's will. He initially came to the house to get all the details . Unfortunately dad was admitted to hospital a couple of weeks later . He was very anxious about completing his will . John was really understanding and went over above our expectations by visiting dad in hospital for completion. For this we are all very grateful and am sure went some way in aiding his full recovery
