Many clients also make Lasting powers of attorney at the same time as their Will. This means that you have everything you need in place to cover either lifetime incapacity or death, giving you peace of mind that all your personal affairs are in order.

Having had wills prepared in the past by solicitors we thought we knew what to expect. However, John was thorough in his questions and, with one exception produced, an accurate first draft for both us quickly.He was flexible, adaptable, easy to talk to and work with. After a home visit lasting just over an hour John produced two wills, in Trust, but could easily produce the simpler version if required.Highly recommended to those who need help or prefer to avoid solicitors.
